Couldn't load pickup availability
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

GENERAL POLICY
Soxa Marine company reserves the right to open wholesale accounts to legitimate marine businesses who maintain a proper business establishment and purchase in wholesale quantities.
We carefully screen all new Dealer applications to be certain they come from legitimate Dealers.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account meeting or not meeting Dealer requirements. Possession of this catalog does not constitute an offer to sell if without our confirm.
SHIPPING
All packages are shipped Standard Ground Shipping by default unless other arrangements are made. Orders received by 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. However, orders placed after 5:00 PM will not ship until the following business day. In the case of a back-order or substitution, customer service will attempt to reach you via telephone. Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, damaged, or lost in transit.
A replacement will be sent at no additional cost if Soxa Marine or shipping carrier is at fault. The return policy may be applied to any order refused or canceled after shipment.
Shipping standards do not apply to failures caused by conditions beyond Soxa Marine’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, riots, strikes, labor disputes, or disruptions in communication or transportation networks.
TERMS
Pro Marine, Inc. accepts COD, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover or ACH (Electronic Check) for payment. There is no minimum order required to place an order.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfi ed for any reason, you must email for a return authorization within 15 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and all returned merchandise must be in the original package in good resalable condition.
Soxa Marine Limited Warranty
Pro Marine, Inc. warrants the products it produces to be free from defects in materials and / or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of original purchase. If in this ninety (90) day period a defect in the product should occur, the product may be returned for replacement, free of charge. Your sole remedy in the event of a defect in a product is limited to replacement of the product as provided above. Except as expressly provided above, Soxa Marine makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the product. Income, profi t or losses sustained as the result of injury (including death) to any person, or loss of or damage to property. Installation of these parts could adversely aff ect the motor manufacturers warranty coverage.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
